MICC has two newly remodeled fitness rooms.  A fully equipped exercise room with treadmills, eliptical bikes, starimasters, steppers and free weights.
We are adding new machines all the time.

Our second room is a dedicated studio for all of our fitness classes.  We offer aerobics, yoga, strengthening and various other classes with plenty of room for large attendance

Our fitness rooms open at
 5:30 AM M-F and
 6:45 AM Sat-Sun.
  Rooms close at 10 PM.
