| | MICC has two newly remodeled fitness rooms. A fully equipped exercise room with treadmills, eliptical bikes, starimasters, steppers and free weights. We are adding new machines all the time. |  | |  | Our second room is a dedicated studio for all of our fitness classes. We offer aerobics, yoga, strengthening and various other classes with plenty of room for large attendance | Our fitness rooms open at 5:30 AM M-F and 6:45 AM Sat-Sun. Rooms close at 10 PM.

Boot Camp With Heather Libman Mon/Fri 5:30am-6:45am AND Tues/Thurs 9:45am-10:45am (no class 12/21-1/3)
Flex & Flow With Irene Kilagallon Now Monday evenings! 5:30pm-6:30pm (as well as Wed 8:15am)
