| MICC offers a variety of aerobic classes: - Step Aerobics - Classes are designed to increase aerobic capacity, build endurance and tone muscles.
- Step It Up - A dynamic step class incorporating weights, bands, physio balls and hi/lo impact.
- Step n' Strength - An intense, but not complicated step class that includes athletic moves that will increase your heart rate and improve your strength.
- Monday in Motion - A fast-paced cardio class with step, hi/lo aerobics and rhythmic strength conditioning.
- Cardio Circuit - Maximize your fat burning potential with this interval style class. Utilizes the step and other props.
- Ski Conditioning - An intense workout for the legs and lungs, geared for preparing you for the slopes this season.
- Spinning - An indoor cycling class designed to burn some calories while maintaining those biking muscles over the winter.
All classes are $5 and require a punch card, which come in 6,12 or 24 punches. If your a first time participant, you may try your first class for free. See the front desk or ask any instructor for details. (Excluding spinning: $10 per class or $75 for 10 classes) Please check calendar for instructor and times for all classes. |
