MICC offers two yoga inspired classes:

  • Yoga - Class is a mix of traditional hatha yoga poses focusing on creating body-mind awareness through the use of body alignment techniques and breath work.  Class includes cardiovascular conditioning, functional strength, flexibility,  muscle balancing and relaxtion.  All levels welcome!
  • Flex and Flow - Class incorporates light weights, rubber bands and yoga poses to the sounds of gentle music.
  • Power Yoga - Class is an invigorating hour of power yoga based on vinyasa style poses in a flowing format.  Class is ideal for intermediate levels            looking for a more intense workout.
  • Yoga Core - 30 mins devoted to yoga postures to warm and strengthen the body.  15 mins of solid core work.  15 mins of yoga stretching.  A destressing way to end your day.
