| MICC offers three strength inspired classes:
Busy Body - This class uses bands, weights, body bars, stability balls, steps and more to increase muscle as well as incorporating intense cardio movements Boot Camp - A 75 minute interval style class focusing on cardio drills & core strengthening Core Cycle Circuit- This 75 minute class focuses on targeting those glutes and abs (was Buns & Abs) utilizing variious props includinging body bars and stability balls including cardio intervals on the bike
All classes are $5 and require a punch card, which come in 6,12 or 24 punches. If your a first time participant, you may try your first class for free. See the front desk or ask any instructor for details. Please check calendar for instructor and times for all classes. |
