MICC offers three strength inspired classes:

    Busy Body - This class uses bands, weights, body bars, stability balls, 
                      steps and more to increase muscle as well as incorporating intense
                      cardio movements
    Boot Camp - A 75 minute interval style class focusing on cardio drills & core
                      strengthening
    Core Cycle Circuit- This 75 minute class focuses on targeting those glutes and abs
   (was Buns & Abs)  utilizing variious props includinging body bars and stability balls
                      including cardio intervals on the bike

  
 

All classes are $5 and require a punch card, which come in 6,12 or 24 punches.  If your a first time participant, you may try your first class for free.  See the front desk or ask any instructor for details.
